Geotec ROTOMAX Li base drill rig and basic structure 
Base substructure of the ROTOMAX Li series with the following features, built taking 
into account Machine Directive DIN EN 16228. 
Frame: Sandwich frame with integrated fuel/hydraulic tank for approx. 150 
litres diesel and approx. 240 litres hydraulic oil (first fill 365 l) 
Undercarriage: Fixed crawler track 1,600 mm wide, depending on the features. 
Drive crawlers: Crawler undercarriage with rubber crawler tracks 320 mm wide 
Total mass: 5,000 kg–8,500 kg, depending on the features. 
Transport height: 3,150 mm 
Securing 
loads: Eyelets for securing loads 
Support: 4-way hydraulic support 
Engine: 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine 100 kW (136 HP) with Stage 5 and 
with directly powered hydraulic pumps, pressure filters, oil coolers, 
bypass flow filtration for the hydraulic circuit and AdBlue 
Hydraulic system: Dual circuit, load-independent base hydraulic system (1 x load 
sensing, 1 x constant), proportional, can be controlled directly in 
part or via the remote control 
Control valves: Main control valves – some secondary control 
blocks can be operated manually 
Pressure indicators: System pressure in the hydraulic circuits, feed 
pressure, rotation pressure, flushing pressures. 
Engine hood: Soundproof engine hood incl. maintenance access. Lighting: Travel 
lighting with 4 LED work lights. 
Safety: Rotating flashing beacon, travel alarm/warning system, fire 
extinguisher. 
First fill 
Engine: Engine oil, Antifreeze, AdBlue urea solution, fully filled. 
Colour: Painted in RAL 7024 (graphite grey) – RAL colour of the engine

On-board tools: Tool box with ratchet set, spanners, Allen keys, pin punches, 
screwdrivers, hammers, clamps, multimeter, boxcutter, measuring 
tape, pocket light. 
Service set: Storage box with grease gun, grease cartridges, chain spray, 
industrial cleaning agent, gaskets, fuses, relays, screw locks, 
hydraulic seals. 
Briefing, training at the construction site: 
Incl. 1 day of training/briefing on the drilling rig at the construction site on the 
customer’s premises for max. 3 persons.
